Payment Options
At Hupacha, you can pay easily and securely using several methods. All payments are processed through a secure payment environment, so your information is always well protected.
Available payment methods
iDEAL
The most widely used payment method in the Netherlands. Pay directly and securely through your own bank. After completing your order, you’ll be redirected to your bank’s secure environment to finish the payment.
Bancontact
For customers in Belgium, Bancontact is available. Pay quickly and reliably through your Belgian bank account.
Direct bank transfer
If you’d prefer to make a direct bank transfer yourself, that’s possible too.
Safe payments
All online payments are processed by the certified payment provider Mollie, which meets the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS). Your payment details are handled directly by them, I never see your bank information. Any refunds are also processed through Mollie.
The website uses an SSL certificate (HTTPS), which means all the information you enter is transmitted in encrypted form.
When is payment due?
For a regular order through the webshop, you pay the full amount when placing your order. As soon as the payment is received, I get started on making your product(s).
Custom work
For custom projects, a different payment arrangement applies:
- 50% deposit upon approval of the quote, after which I begin production
- 50% remaining balance upon completion, before the product is shipped
This arrangement provides certainty for both of us, allows me to purchase the necessary materials, and lets me work on your unique piece with full dedication.
Invoice
You’ll automatically receive an invoice by email with every order. It includes all legally required details, including VAT. Do you have specific invoicing needs, for example for business purchases with a different billing address or VAT number? Just let me know when placing your order, or reach out beforehand via contact.
Prices
All prices on the website are in euros and include 21% VAT for lighting and 9% VAT for art objects. Shipping costs are calculated separately and depend on the size and weight of your order. You’ll always see the total cost in your shopping cart before checking out.

Business orders from abroad
Are you a company based outside the Netherlands and would you like to place an order? Then the 0% VAT rate applies to you. This means you can purchase the products without VAT.
To make use of this, please first get in contact with me by email. Include your company details and VAT number. Once approved, you’ll receive a quote without VAT, and we can proceed with the order from there. This is handled personally by email rather than through the automated webshop.
Please note: this only applies to companies with a valid VAT number outside the Netherlands. For private customers abroad, the standard prices including VAT apply.
